not denying krits production is a key, but the boy is a beast with the lyrics as well, Mt. Olympus or the Its Better This Way title track for example. the quality bodies of work cant be denied.

A beast with the lyrics? Stop it bro...Nigga don't have no type of quotables

it depends on if u lookin for real shit or unrealistic battle rap punches.

Now who is that peeking in my window

Music on crescendo

Vibin' to the sounds of the endo

Playin' king kong no nintendo

I can't trust a soul niggas givin up their kin folk

Grandmammas mamma and baby mothers

Grandfathers fathers and baby brothers

Get scared find themselves undercover

You knew the consequences of pushing them junkies hubbas

I tell the story how it be

Don’t bring no dirt in mine

Don’t speak on what you see

Always call before you come

You get jammed you don’t know me

Leave that wire at the door

Wash your hands before you eat

Don’t play the game if it ain’t keeps

Be ready for the finals

Better practice what you preach

You ain't the stand up type then find a seat

Your blood is thicker than water but both them things leak

Generic

generic? all these niggas out here right now whether i like em or not sounding like each other/one long ass song and this generic? lol who else on shit like that? thats that goodie mob feel right there bruh.

J Cole can't hold a torch to the other 3. When are y'all gonna admit you only like him because he's a cool guy personally and not for his actual skill level?

Foh cole the best on the poll

He's the most consistent out of the 4.

Krit and kdot is. Lupe had Lasers and fnl2and Cole first two albums meh and the one is forgettable

I like Cole's albums the most out of the 3. FHD is a classic. I see the criticism of Cole and I feel like I'm listening to whole different person than everyone else.

Do yall kinda feel tho that maybe J.Cole is a little overrated tho ? I mean his last 3 albums were rather lukewarm, I believe that FHD sold well b/c it came as a surprised and was well marketed afterwards. But overall the quality of the music I don't find is as strong as say a Big KRIT, Kendrick or even Lupe. That's not to take away from Cole's lyricism he's clearly nice but I'm wondering if maybe J.Cole might be a bit overrated as a rapper.

Friday Night Lights was IMO his best piece of work easily. Hard to believe it came out so many years ago, you'd a thought he would have topped that by now.

No

Even tho I voted Krit if there's one nigga on the list who is overrated it's Kendrick. Dude is straight hypebeast. Of all the 4, he had the total push from the jump. Unfortunately, I prefer his music over Krit. Oh well...

lol @ Goodie Mob feel...Maybe T-Mo and Khujo, not Gipp and CeeLo

You get that Goodie feel but do you get that K.R.I.T. feel? It's almost like he emulates all his inspirations but hasn't really cemented a style of his own

I fux wit K.R.I.T. but dude aint even in Cole, Kendrick or Lupe's league. Name shouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence

lol thats like sayin "u get that nas faux jay feel but do u get that cole feel"

of course u get a krit feel with his work. its just that with his influences and styles, it brings u back to a time, or reminds u of a certain nostalgic feel u came up on, same with artists like Scotty ATL or Le$ or even Spitta. lol @ not in their league, might as well say u not a fan/dont like bruh lyrics or music. we've seen him hold his own wit all of em. so many holes in arguments and hypocrisy when it comes to krit. yall got it lol

I Stan all 4 of these niggas too, I'm mad I chose krit, cuz it look like I don't fuck wit him, but I do heavy, but in reality I play his music the least out of the four so I chose him.
