I think consecutive or concurrent are up to the judge. Generally they're concurrent though. Not sure if there are federal or state guidelines for this stuff though.

I just looked up the statute, its consecutive unless the judgment and the sentence stipulates that it should run concurrently with another judgment or sentence. The judge would follow the rule of law in OK.
