alot of this flash mob shit is not just underage teens....it is alot of these people are in the late teens and early 20's believe it or not. this city has alot of young acting old assholes

second...some of the crime happened in the daytime...like the bus shooting...so this 9pm shit aint doing shit ...but i guess its the effort that counts.

third...the curfew is really in certain parts of the city....parts of west philly(close to ucity) and center city close to south street. ok lets look at these communities and what do they all have in common...it is visited by tourist and frequented by a majority of white people. now if we are to really try to get rid of crime...lets do the same thing in north philly and germantown and south philly. this needs to be a citywide thing...not just for certain parts of the city. Am i wrong for wanting the black communities patrolled like the white frequented sections? or is it that its easier to profile a black person in a white area than it is to profile a black person in a black area....just saying

fourth...why is the black community in philly not screaming for my third point to make their hood better ....rather than screaming that the system is making it bad for all because of a certain few..

im not from philly and don't know whats up out there but im from a city with a high crime rate (baton rouge) and whenever crime starts have an effect on white folks, that's when people all of a sudden want to get interested in stopping it

Yes I do but it'll be decades before the greater northeast looks like North Philly.. Not to mention the cops are pretty racist so when the animals pile up in them bonnevilles or old ass crown vics they usually don't make it past Cottmon avenue before they are pulled over and arrested with brute force.
