y'all gotta understand his sentence and the appeals process. max gotta show that the court made an error during his first trial. if he does that he has a sentence of 75 years so him getting an appeal bond is slim to none. ask yourself this question...if u got convicted and sentenced to 75 years and then got out on bond...WOULD U RUN? that's exactly what the court is thinking lol
