Do you unlock the rest of the map as the game progresses? I've looked for maps across the towns and I can't unlock them that way. (someone told me the general stores sell maps for those)

Yea, later missions unlock the other areas

Good Looks...Shit Is Just As I Expected GTA Set In The Waning Days Of The Wild West...But Thats Not A Bad Thing At All....GTA Is One Of My Favorites Franchises

The Undead Nightmare DLC is real good. A whole 6 to 7 hours story in itself

You talking about Remember My Family? I consider that more of an epilogue side-mission than a proper final mission, though. Great way to wrap the game up, nonetheless. Makes me want to play it again.

No. Continue playing with the son. After a few random missions, a "?" will appear. Story continues from there.
