if your still stuck in the nexus, talk to the old man peddler at the bottom, then from there do a 180 and walk straight up the first few steps, to your left there should be a monument/pillar with the king carved into it. talk to it and go to the boletarian palace.

yeah those 2 are hard as hell on the 1st playthrough but after that its easy. both games im on like new game +5 im trying to platinum both games.
