couple things i dont understand

1. why all these wack to mediocre FA's are getting signed first. what's the hurry? why not wait and see where the big chips fall before giving hakim warrick and channing frye 48 mil?

2. why isnt anybody taking a chance on mike beasley? i'd trade for him and hope he turned it around any day before i'd give amir johnson or somebody 30 mil

lol i aint mad at channing. im saying phoenix just cost themselves amare and the chance to do a sign and trade for him. im willing to bet they coulda signed frye and warrick for the same 48 mil in 2-3 weeks if nothing worked out.

So far lebron has heard Ny,Nj,mia and the clippers presentations

Bulls and cavs are tommorow I think its ironic bulls and cavs are the last 2 teams to talk to him,cuz imo those are his 2 most realistic destinations

Then this circus will finally be over I think by no later than sunday night we will know what he gonna do

bulls make last presentation after cavs I just read

CHICAGO -- Dwyane Wade spent Friday morning at a downtown Chicago hotel hearing a pitch from the New York Knicks, the third team in two days hoping to pull one of free agency's top players away from the Miami Heat.

Wade

"It was a good meeting, a real good meeting," Wade said afterward. The meeting that lasted about 2 hours, 15 minutes. "I will say I'm intrigued."

Beforehand, Wade got out of a black Suburban and told reporters he was "in a New York state of mind right now, so we'll see" how it goes.

Earlier in the day, he tweeted that he got up early for "Another day of pondering my future. ... Things are interesting to say the least."

Fellow free-agent superstar Chris Bosh tweeted that he and Wade dined Thursday night and posted a picture to prove it.

Bosh also said "it feels like someone is missing," an apparent reference to Cavaliers star LeBron James, the crown jewel of the free-agent crop. Various reports have suggested the three are discussing their options in concert.

Adande: Doom Motivating Many

It's no secret that this year's free-agent actions are being driven in large part by the threat of a locked-out 2011, ESPN.com's J.A. Adande writes. Story

On Thursday, Wade spent two hours meeting with the Bulls and later met with the New Jersey Nets. The Chicago-area native already has heard from the Heat, whose top priority is to bring back the 2006 NBA Finals MVP.

"So far, so good, very informative," his agent, Henry Thomas, said of the teams' pitches so far.

Despite his ties to Chicago -- where he has a home and family, including his mother -- Wade has said repeatedly that he would like to stay in Miami. But he did structure his last contract for the opportunity to become a free agent for the first time.

Wade is expected to return to Florida early next week. He is scheduled to join Heat executive Alonzo Mourning for a Tuesday news conference about their annual Summer Groove, a fundraising weekend for youth programs and other charitable causes.

Wade is expected to play in an all-star game July 18 as part of that weekend.

Really?? At least Hedo was a PROVEN player with playoff experience. I'm sure if he signed with Golden State or the Clippers instead (even tho both teams are garbage) he would've shined. He didn't fit in Toronto's system. Amir Johnson played about 5 good games and that got him damm near 7 mil a year?? GTFOH

Your proving my point, Hedo doesnt fit the system here, no reason to sign him to that deal. Amir had more than 5 good games-did you watch the games this past season or just the highlights? Like I said Colangelo needs to be fired.
