This track is ok, but nothing we've hard from the album so far has been GREAT

"Mr. Nice Watch"- Good track, had to listen to it twice before I could even knew if I liked it or not

"Can't Get Enough" good song, but not altogether impressive

"Work Out"- Wack

It's getting obvious this album might not be a classic

Oh I agree but my thing is I dont expect a classic. I can name a number of damn good artist who have not came close to dropping a classic. If duke can give me 10 tracks where he spitting that shit, I'll be happy to give him my money.

naw motherfucker we was expectin a halfway decent track showcasing the so called future of hip hop. the only futuristic shit about this song is the racks on racks reference he made. nothing memorable and nothing noteworthy. smh @ that generic ass hook tho. that shit got zan bitten all over it. you cant be the future of hip hop when you cant write a decent hook. southerners that most of you niggas talk shit about can create better and catchier choruses than that cheap ass hook on the track. j cole aint rapping about nothing genre shattering. tricking on bitches and making it rain? that shit is so 2005. the track has no meaning. no signfigance and no history behind it. we all know j cole was going to slit his wrists if he didnt get that lazy ass verse from Jay Z. and the camel didnt come through for his own artists like he did back in the days with SP/Bleek or even Lupe and Drake. Dude is still talking about that bullshit watch from otis. still talking about tearing up that maybach. pathetic ass verse and sorry ass song. awkward chemistry. you can tell they werent in the same room. it dont have the same appeal like when niggas heard on one or MGC. you didnt have to listen to them songs 30 times in a row to realize they were good.
