It's not just about getting defensive but it's how it's done. It almost sounds (reads) like whining. But in defense of myself, I'm not an overall fan of Cole's music (mainly because of his production) but I can name 5 songs I like off top, Return Of Simba, Killer, Premeditated Murder, Little Ghetto Nigga, and Simba. Great beats and verses to go along. Being a producer myself, I get disappointed when I hear talent over lifeless production because I know and stress that poor production places a boring sound on even the best rappers music (ie Nas).

The main reason people can't stand his Music atleast the 3 main reasons are because of his really weak Production, his Music sounding boring and bland and him lacking any entertainment and enjoyability in his Music

There are other reasons too i'm sure but that's why i can't digg J Cole

I feel you. I'm a huge fan of Jay and Pre-Encore Em and see some of dumbest shit said about them but I don't respond. Why for? There's very few people in this world you can actually change the opinion of. The other times it's just an argument to pass time.

No I don't. If anything my sig has gotten more ppl to attack me than anything. I don't care if none of you like Ross. The only time I guess you could call what I do "caping" is when ppl are just flat out lying about Ross to prove a point. I have no agenda accept to let the world know that real niggas do fuck with Ross.

What do people think of this J.Cole track that he wanted to give Jay-Z for American Gangster? Do you think it was good enough to get put on it, it's good but not worthy for AG or it's wack altogether?
