Must be. Cause I know it isn't the fact that they sometimes sing and make music that the public majority likes. Not with Cole grabbing Trey Songz for his hook and almost every song on his album having a part that's harmonized.

Nah a lot of people dont have a problem with the harmonizing bit cause he been doin that shit since the warm up.. which is when he got a lot of his fans in the first place

Sellling out in changing their character (Nicki), and going after a pop sound (Wiz and Drake) when they clearly didn't need to, especially Drake. If you can't fucking tell the difference between Nicki's, Drake, and Wiz early shit and their debut's then ya'll are deaf, they clear made "safe" albums.

Atleast Sideline Story is in line with FNL and Warm Up, no Rihanna sounding beats and Black Eyed Peas pop sounding records.

The fact a guy uses a pop artist doesnt automatically make it 'pop'...(i.e. Talib Kweli ft Justin Timberlke (The Nature) is a DEEP song)

lets look at the verses: No autotune he flowing real fast no slow motion watered down lines.

the chorus: Trey isnt even singing slow again no autotune and trey aint even hitting any high notes or croaning like a drake/young money chorus.

while it might be a single its not a pop top 40 hip pop single
