As corny as it sounds sonic the hedgehog has some shit you can sample definitely off sonic the hedgehog 1 on the first Sega.

Nobody in the comments can figure out which level from the Sega games was sampled but it's definitely some sonic shit.

Dude said Sonic 3. If it's Sonic 3 there's no way it's not Hydrocity & if it isn't it has to be Carnival Nights theme. Might be from Sonic & Knuckles or Sonic CD.

Listened to hydrocity on YouTube when that shit first dropped to see if I could hear it and I couldn't. When niggas sample shit but chop up and rearrange the original sound, I have a hard time recognizing it so it might be there and I just ain't hearing it.
