Because he knows the music has so much changed and he isn't trying to bring his old 90's shit back because he knows nobody wanna listen to it especially in young generation nowadays.....he knows a lot of people listen to garbage music...that's why he tried to get his album "sales", not the music you want but looking for SALES!.

Good points there. At the same time Ive heard him and his peers that he hangs out with talk about the current state of rap and doesnt seem like he's trying to change it. All of this stuff could be tracks made forever ago so not really sure what to think of it. Ill hold my judgment until I hear the album.
