The wordplay and lyrics are there but theres nothing that blows you away really imo as far as the songs themselves

Its solid though and I bet its nice for him to finally get something out.

And this a Kanye produced album?

Executive produced, and that's all.

You can tell Ye gives no fucks about Cyhi. That nigga didn't even secure the copyrights for this album. Just left it in its entirety to Sony.

"Don't run off with the pack my nigga, we used to torture these...

Immigrant killers...I think they Portuguese...

and y'all looking like some sitting ducks...just a porch of geeks"

Which is cold, as cyhi been writing his ass off for ye for a minute now

However I guess if he sat around and waited for some Kanye beats this shit still wouldn't be out and we would be listening to "elephant in the room pt.2" instead of this

This is a nice album. Couldve left that track with travis scott off though. Im not feelin that cat lol.

Closer my favorite track cause the sample.

In a way tho I think Ye learned from the Jay and bleek dynamic that when you're the bigger, more popular artist trying to push someone else you can't be all over their songs and albums, cause you overshadow them and don't gain their own fanbase.

Maybe I'm wrong, but you've never really seen him collar with one of his artists a ton, other than maybe common for those first couple years after Ye came on the scene.
