towns got man handled by drummond and howard on consecutive days

and judging by the boxscore

the same thing happened against whiteside

he is still a boy and gets pushed around by men

i dont know if his work ethic regarding conditioning is poor but he seems tired a lot and weak always

between him and kristaps

I just made a post about coaches and Thibs falls into that consensus swearing he’s good when he’s not, he’s trash and that teams ceiling is only so high with him there, ever since Chicago lost to Washington in the first round I think 3 years ago now that’s when he was exposed to me, he’s the it’s his way or the highway type too he’s not the type that will learn and get better from it, get him as an assistant you’re good but even then that 08 Celtics team even made Doc look like a good coach even though you would think he did everything in his power to lose in the first round to Atlanta that year

I didn’t watch those games but I’m assuming it’s Thibs fault

yeah that series against washington is when i completely lost faith in thibs

that series really opened my eyes to his stubbornness

he got outcoached by randy whitman

a guy who i have never seen where he didnt look angrily confused

the bulls got bludgeoned in those wizards games at the start and never adjusted with at least subbing boozer earlier

taj had never looked better in that series

i have vivid memories of that

it was so bad

i also had serious doubts about kerr as a coach then too because he kept saying pound it in to boozer on the block lol

Chicago in games 1 and 2 at home went into the 4th with a pretty hefty lead but Thibs wouldn’t sub Noah or Butler out literally they would play the whole second half including overtime, he was confident in starting Dunleavy and Boozer but gave them no tick in the 2nd half he literally only needed them for a good 5 minutes at the end of the 3rd and a few minutes into the 4th so Butler and Noah would of had the legs to close it out, Dunleavy was playing well if I remember correctly but he would completely abandon him, I remember this vividly because it’s not very often in the nba does a coach stand out for being so stupid
