I don't know about his first three, Warning and Juicy didn't sound West Coast influenced. But Big Poppa did have the whiny-synthesizer sound that was popularized by G-Funk. And Biggie even noted The Chronic/Doggystyle as being influences...

...And yeah, LAD had an ode to Cali with guest appearances by Bone Thugs and Too Short.
