I NEVWER wanted to draft that dude. Not because I didn't believe in his game (and I didn't), but because it didn't seem like either he wanted to be here, or he'd fit Brett's system. They tried to put him on the floor with Joel; shit was a massive failure.
Why he wasn't dealt to either LA or Chicgo in the offseason proves how much Coangelo has been fucking up.

Sixers should just go ahead and release Okafor. Now that everybody knows his option didnt get picked up, why would teams give up anything for him. Knowing they can just sign him for free next summer. Dude is a distraction at this point but he still handles his situation pretty well. I know its a business but we should just let him go and stop messing with his career

if you just look at his stats you wont be too impressed
you need to watch him to see how good he is
he will be the glue for this suns team in the future

marquise chriss reminds me so much of anthony randolph
so much potential
but
no basketball iq
too many times hes tries to do something that has almost never worked for him — i could probably make a compilation of failed marquese chriss post ups (even against a mismatch) from the 3 games i seen of him this year — yet he continues to attempt to create out of the post — if chriss could only emulate benders patience in incorporating new aspects to his game then maybe he could have a breakout year that many were expecting but i just dont see it with this guy
