That's what I said. People on FB were bitching about this trade. I'm like shut up and look at it:

- Philly NEVER should've drafted Jah from jump

- He can't defend

- They sent him to a team that won't be a threat to them for the next 2-3 years

- AND got rid of one of the surplus SGs that we didn't need

For a guy in Booker:

- A back-up big that's sorely needed that's high energy

- That can get 8-10 PPG off the bench

- with an expiring contract off the books after this season

What the fuck's not to like?

philly gave up two guys who were out of the rotation and a surplus pick for a legitimately good nba player

i think its a good move for brooklyn too but likely more value in the 2nd they received than jah himself

If I’m Philly I’m bringing Fultz off the bench when he comes back, obviously he’s the future but right now they are better with McConnell running point, I don’t implement a player just because we drafted him first and stagnate what we’re building, I let him develop and work his way back into that role
