no court awareness or care for the best shot

he does this 3 or 4 times a game

i think mo cheeks is lead assitant and if billy gets fired he probably takes over and mo is the CHIEF russ ass kisser out of all the assistants

he was literally hired to keep russ happy

so while billy has been horrible reigning in russ

mo cheeks would be worse

Mo cheeks should never be a head coach again. Every team he coached after a year tuned him out cuz he too nice and can't hold them accountable

I tried my best to stay up and watch that game. I was hurting to bad. I haven't watched a OKC game yet this season.

But I am a huge Malcolm Brogdon fan and watching him play against the Cavs made me a bigger fan.

He is a smart player that doesnt make mistakes. He plays the NBA game like he played in college.

Smart, and precise play. Nothing flashy and he knows he isnt the star.

If Niko called him the n word it should be made public. Problem is that no team would trade for him and the Bulls would have to eat those 27ms. But if Niko said, Portis did nothing wrong and with the Bulls staying silents its making Portis look bad and will effect his pockets down the line.

Doubt this happened.

The feeling is Portis has done his part to repair things, and the reality of the situation is Portis is looked at by teammates as a guy that has put in all the work this summer, is a better teammate, and is just more liked. Choosing Mirotic over Portis would completely disrupt a chemistry that has been building since the front office made the decision to rebuild by trading Jimmy Butler in June.

All summer valentine,portis,dunn,grant,payne,felicio,lavine all worked out together at the bulls practice facility.Niko worked out dolo at the same facility

Nikos ultimatum didn't help the situation.Markannan also has made him expendable he'll most likely get traded

I havent watched their last few games, but early on this is what I thought too. Melo looked ok but PG stayed taking terrible shots, a bunch of long 2s.

Also, the thunder didnt look like they had any offensive system at all. Thats their biggest issue.

This isn't all on Billy Donavan imo....I think The Thunder will be better than what they've shown so far but this is what I see when I watch them

Paul George looks like he's just going through the motions, like his main priority is getting through the season healthy and everything else is a distant second

Melo is Melo. I think he would have worked in Houston because we would have created more efficient shots for him and we have an actual system in place....OKC doesn't

MVP Russ at the end of the day just doesn't seem capable of running a real offense even if OKC did have one, he sucks at consistently getting other players involved and has bad shot selection. He's was enabled to play selfish ball last year and the narrative was "he doesn't have help so he has to put up these numbers in order to win"......Sabonis, Kanter, Oladipo all playing productive basketball on their new teams

I said this last year. Cats disagreed. But as great as westbrook is, he still seems uncoachable. Thats why i said I didnt know if Donovan was a good or bad coach. Scott Brooks left OKC and was getting praised all last season coaching the Wizards. KD went to the warriors and starting playing system ball. Russ still playing like he did for his last coach.

It could be that Donovan is ass, but the evidence against russ is building up. And it dont matter if Melo and PG are there, if your star pg is uncoachable, you aint getting shit done.

they can likely get the most progress out of hungry young men

Thunder just need to establish a pecking order offensively & move the rock they iso way too much.

Defensively they're elite and can rebound.Their bench isn't as bad a people projected either

Russ has jagged a few games too.I see why most kobe groupies love russ they're both low iq dumb asses

Jerami grant and Raymond Felton have been a surprise for the bench grant should start over Roberson imo but the bench can't take that hit or at least He should get more of his minutes

donovan needs to adjust the pnr scheme

they switch too easily and leave adams out to dry

or

russ could make the easy fix and just put some heart into it
