Seen reports lakers like bender and will consider him over Ingram

It was a Laker Nation article, and their source was Chad Ford saying HE would take Bender over Ingram for the Lakers.

The Laker Nation then ran the article under the title "Lakers leaning Bender over Ingram" or something along those lines.

Wasn't no legit sources situation but you know how it go people run with the headlines

No way we passing up on Ingram... It's just smoke screens which are completely unnecessary at this point knowing it's a top 2 prospect draft

RIP Sean Rooks... Too soon, my moms went to High school with that cat, she was sad when I told her, been a cold summer with all these entertainers passing

Ingram has patterned a large part of his game after Durant's, but he isn't the only scorer Ingram has studied and dissected. Ingram has made a point to study San Antonio Spurs legend George Gervin, who retired more than a decade before Ingram was even born in 1997.

"I watch him a lot," Ingram said. "I'll try to develop his finger roll or his hook shots. I just take different things from each player and try to develop them into my game."

Sounds familiar.....

We should have a solid young team next year I'm excited to see them play and grow together. Should be fun to watch if nothing else. I don't have my hopes up for landing a huge free agent, I just want them to get some solid veteran players but don't tie up all of our money so they're still flexible next year.

Guess he fits for a young athletic team that's gonna run up and down the floor. Long as they don't back up the brinks truck for him im fine with it.

Better than Hibbert

Damn, looks like Whiteside is our top priority in free agency. I have mixed feelings about this.

explain mixed feels

The talented is there, the talent is impressive, but Dude is a certified Knucklehead. Not a bad guy in anyway, just does and says dumb shit on a regular basis. I listen to the Dan Lebatard radio show (Stugotz=MVP) and during the Heat season they have stories and interviews of people recounting how much of a crazy immature guy he can be. Funny thing is, most of they folks on the show are PRO Whiteside, Lebatard is mostly the only rational one when it comes to Whiteside.

In a vacuum, This might not be the biggest deal. The history of the NBA is littered with successful teams that had "Eccentric" characters,

BUT

If we sign Whiteside, he walks into a team where he is most likely the highest paid player, and one of the oldest players. Even if he is willing or not, he will be thrust into a leadership role. For such a young team, this might not be ideal.

Like i said, mixed feelings. I am not one to harp on "Character Issues", but u usually want a true "Alpha" around to keep that player in line, we don't have that.

Fuck the bullshyt y'all talking, be at Whiteside's doorstep @ 12:01am with a pen and Max deal once FA begins we locking the door on free agents... Mitch ain't playin summer 16
