wtf, the Red Sox pitchin is suspect too....Beckett just had his best spring training game yesterday other than that hes been trash since last year, Lackey was trash last year, Dice-K was trash but he's pitched pretty well in the spring.

Basically, ya niggas pitchin situation aint that much better than ours....and BTW, that Joell Ortiz in ya sig thats my shit right there b

the core of the yankees team that won the world series in 09 and went to play offs last year is still there. the lineup is pretty much the same. pitching is fine. they still have the best in sabathia and phil hughes is good. aj burnett is a toss up but hopefully he'll pitch like he did in 09 instead of last year. backhand of the rotation can go either way but the bullpen is still good espically the backand of the bullpen.

LOL you acting like you about to throw some money down. Just make a prediction and keep it moving. And the Redsox aren't better than the Yanks in everything. The lineups are even and the Yanks have a better bullpen. For now you have a better starting rotation

yeah sox pitching is still alittle suspect..but beckett (4th in the rotation), lackey, lester (starting day starter) and buchholz ....i have more faith in them then whatever the yanks got....after CC who can u really trust in your lineup...the yanks struggled in the off season to reup their rotation that everyone knew had it's issues during the season and needed to improve...not getting Cliff Less hurt that big time

and yea duke...ortiz is a beast...i hear that song and get hyp'd..ish he killed "roman's revenage" "i'm getting my green up like Rexy Ryan"..lol that ish is my ringtone! haha

pretty good rotation i think with 'burrley', danks, gavin floyd, and ofcourse peavy (if healthy). now bullpen will be a concern, especially with the loss of bobby jenks, but thornton might be able to step up into that role nicely

and their lineup got alot of pop...lol alot of firepower. then you mix in guys like pierre & beckham & ramirez (alexi). they're definitely gonna score some runs

Jenks wont be a big loss, he was ineffective last season. As long as Dunn cut down on the strikeouts i think the White Sox are the team to beat in the AL central

not really, the AL Central is easily the most difficult division to pick and at this point could go to the Sox, Tigers or Twins in any direction. Sox and Tigers have both made some major free agent signings while the Twins have only re-signed there same people so whatever slim gap there was in the division last year is looking only slimmer in 2011. it's reasonable to pick the Twins of course, but realistically there is no solid pick in the AL Central.

White sox on paper look good but have a injury prone 'ace',between 280-300 strike outs sitting in the 4-5 spots,inconsistent players like quentin and rios

have matt thornton closing he sucks and is not a closer

And the tigers and twins are better and the royals are too

White sox will battle for 4th or 3rd place in the al central(if they're lucky)

If they have a fluke make the playoffs they will get put out in the divisional series by the yanks or red sox

you just have a bone to pick (nh) with certain teams from chicago huh??
