what i thought he was talking about is when the opposing team (kentucky in this case) is down by one and if they score they are winning. alot of coaches dont like the "foul a not so good shooter" logic. now of course you cant foul a great ft shooter but if say a big guy gets the ball down low ... you cant let him score, you cant even really let him get the shot off unless you have some great defender down there. so by fouling a not so good ft shooter, he has to make both to be winning and you still end up in the same situation anyway. this gives you time to coach your players, put in a play etc (while he's shooting) if he misses both then all you need is a rebound, if he makes one then you still get the ball wit the chance to win. only certain coaches do this tho.

They are not overrated. If one was to say UNC was the easy run a way favorites early in the year to win the championship, then yeah that would be over rating them. I'm not aware of anyone who knows anything saying something to that effect though. They have a final 4 team talent-wise and could easily be there in march, that is not over rating them.
