After the block. I think you are talking about a situation where you are up by 3 and you foul so the opposing team can't tie it up? In this situation after the block there is no logic to not fouling, you just lose like they did lol.

I'm on another forum and they are saying a Kentucky players started running with the ball not dribbling while time was still on the clock. I missed that, but I wonder if this is true.
