SMH @ me underestimating Bo Ryan team's ability to slow down games, force turnovers and stay close. Didn't think they could do it in this spot @ UNC but they are.

This game was turned around when Barnes started hitting some big jumpers. It got the team and the building going. Strickland proceeded to lock down Jordan Taylor which disrupts that entire offense in a big way. Good win for UNC to bounce back from the UNLV loss.

Big 10 raped the ACC in this challenge though lol.

Rivers is finding his confidence and his IQ on the college level right now. He will be an out right great player next year and even by the tourney this year

But to answer the question, me being the biggest duke b ball fan on this site, HELL NAW!!!!1 KYRIE IRVING WAS AT LEAST 3 TIMES BETTER THAN RIVERS LAST YEAR BEFORE HE GOT HURT

My bro watched very little if not no Duke ball until the tourney last year I watched probably a good portion of their first 10-15 games and I told him "Kyrie Irving is one of the best guards I've seen play college ball in the last 10 years" and he laughed at me... Then the draft shut him up

Lol at "fucked ya'll up" nah ya'll got FUCKED UP last night
Fuck outta here
keep ya mouth shut til March

HOW is it an excuse. You act like Ohio state constantly has games like that LOL

THE FAILURE in Ur shit talk is that Ur bragging on a team that's not urs LOL

Duke beat Kansas duke defeated Kansas us>>>>>you when we played each other DUKE WON Kansas is not even in the top ten we are the first good team yall played all year and we FUCKED yall up

LOL@ only by 7 when we clearly controlled the whole game

The players we lost are national champions and first round top picks. The guys yall lost lose to mid majors year after year and barely even win the big 12 or whatever sorry ass conference yall play in

Just for your disrespect I will post pics of us beating the shit outta yall everytime u post

That is all

November Recap (Summarizing an ESPN article):

Most surprising team: Saint Louis Billikens. Through seven games, Rick Majerus' team is 6-1, a tally that includes a 13-point win over Washington, a 12-point win over Villanova and a 20-point win over Oklahoma. They slipped up in a trap game against Loyala Mary, but this is able to be overlooked at the end of a west coast road trip.
***Also surprising: Indiana, Virginia, Stanford, Oregon State, Murray State, Georgetown, Santa Clara, Middle Tennessee State, San Diego State, Cleveland State

Most disappointing team: UCLA Bruins. Starting off losing to Loyola by double digits and then a complete blow out at home to Middle Tennessee St. Their only win in Maui came against Chaminade, and were blown out of the other two games.
***Also disappointing: Cincinnati, Memphis, Vanderbilt, Connecticut, New Mexico, Drexel, Austin Peay

Most surprising conference: Mid-American. Ohio won at Marshall, a solid C-USA outfit, and nearly took down Louisville in the Yum! Akron won at Mississippi State and dominated Detroit. Kent State won at West Virginia. Buffalo beat the Dayton Flyers 84-55 on the road Wednesday night. And Bowling Green topped Temple.

Most disappointing conference: Colonial Athletic Association. After a big year last year with George Mason, Old Dominion and the amazing run by VCU, all of the teams seem down this year. Each team in the conference has 2 or more losses, and it looks like a rebuilding year with likely one team making the tournament.

Breakout player: Doug McDermott, Creighton. The BlueJays are 6-0 and ranked in the top 25 for the first time in years -- and just got their biggest win of the season, an 85-83 comeback gut-check Wednesday night at San Diego State -- thanks in large part to McDermott's quiet breakout campaign. The sophomore son of Creighton coach Greg McDermott is averaging 23.4 points and 7.8 rebounds per game while shooting a downright silly 65 percent from the field and 61 percent from 3.

Most impressive freshman: Anthony Davis, Kentucky. Davis' numbers are eye-popping in a slightly askew way. The scoring and rebounding look solid, if not great (12.7 points, 8.2 rebounds per game), but the real excitement -- and one of the things that has scouts gushing over the potential No. 1 overall pick -- is his block rate. Davis is averaging 4.3 blocks per game, which seems silly only up to the point until you sit down and watch him play.

Most impressive win: Ohio State 85, Duke 63. Tuesday night's Buckeye-fest was a beatdown from start to finish, which is the sort of thing you expect a Buckeyes team hunting a national title to do to pretty much anyone. But Duke has been among the more impressive teams in the nation to begin the season.
***Honorable mention: Harvard 46, Florida State 41; Missouri 92, Cal 53; Kentucky 75, Kansas 65; UNLV 90, UNC 80

Best game: Duke 68, Kansas 61 in the Maui Invitational final. This game had it all. It was well-played. It was constantly close. It had a fantastic crowd in a small, insanely loud Lahaina Civic Center. It ended in suspect fashion -- Seth Curry should have been called for a travel -- but the non-call allowed guard Tyler Thornton to throw in a shot-of-his-life candidate to give Duke the win in the waning moments.
***Honorable mention: Memphis 99, Tennessee 97 (double OT); Georgetown 91, Memphis 88 (just one OT this time); UCF 68, UConn 63

God damn what a game at Alabama. Georgetown knocks off Bama with a game winning 3 pointer from Hollis Thomas from NBA range. Bama made a great comeback from down 9 with 2:30 left to take the lead, but them Hollis shot that dagger through them. Ended a 24 game home winning streak.

Good game between syracuse and Florida. Boyntons range is crazy but syracuse has too many weapons. Scoop is doing a much better job this year of knowing when to take the game over...

Niggas are the Texas Longhorns of college hoops.
All defense and shitty offense.

Hope Wisc. knocks off UNC tonight to further my assumption that they are indeed overrated.

lol tho. i aint saying they are as good as their past 2 title teams, but they were one of the final 8 teams last year, and have everyone back and have at least 2 impact freshman come in. i don't know how they could be considered overrated.

even the team from 2005 suffered an early loss to unranked Santa Clara

and shit, even last years team started out the season with losses to Minnesota, Vanderbilt, Illinois, and Texas...all before conference play even started.

i wouldn't take anything that happens at this point in the season and use it to make any long term assumptions. at least not with carolina

Good win by the Bearcats tonight with Kilpatrick getting 22 and 5 boards. They are going to give the big east problems this year
