Thats due to the circumstances of him being in jail and him being under McNabb and Kolb that year he got out, then the next year Kolb starting the first game but got the concussion!

Vince has been fighting for the start with Kerry Collins at some times, plus he's missed some games
as well, so I think thats unfair to say that because VY has a better win-lose ratio than Vick, he's better
