Idk this a tough call

if he would've kept goin in reverse, but a cop in front of your car w/ his gun drawn tellin you to stop.. & you go forward

even tho it looked like he tried to (& did) avoid him

Easy call. The cop wasn't in danger and he lied. That was murder. He wanted to shoot, he didn't have to

He's not dead! =)

Great if he not permanently physically fucked up.

His side of the story will be ignored though. He still needs to say it though and loudly as possible.

I really, sincerely hate to be that guy... but every thing that kid did was stupid af. No reason he should've been shot, but the officer did blatantly yell

"STOP OR I WILL FIRE!!"
