Probably not, Mexico's historical treatment of blacks has been as bad if not worse than that of the U.S. At least the U.S. acknowledges us. Mexico has basically buried Afro-Mexicans. That said, just because Mexico as a country is shitty towards blacks doesn't mean every Mexican should be treated like an anti-black racist asshole.
