im guessing at least one part big businesses aint feeling too much is the shared responsibility payment they may need to pay if they don't meet certain requirements with offering insurance....it's supposed to start in 2015 and it can cost them up to $3000 per employee depending on whether they offer insurance or not and whether it meets the minimum required coverage

They voted over 40 times to defend or repeal a law. Wasting millions of dollars on political theater, now the government is shut down for no reason and it's effecting the economy of the capital and several millions of workers.

Republicans have sunk themselves by letting the Tea Partiers dictate the agenda. Most voters are rational-thinking Moderates who are turned off by this far-right ridiculous extremism.
