This is my assesment as a New York who is one day bound to inherit a house in Miami Beach (pops house).

Only way I'd ever move to FL is Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood or Daytona. Miami Beach got too expensive and doesn't give as good a return on investment as well as those other places do.

No lie ive hit up events all over south florida. Hands down they got the baddest woman ive seen in my life down here. IG models all over miami beach sharing a 1 bedroom woth three people lol. Dime latinas all over metro miami. Thick slim chicks in miamo dade. Broward got the carribean joints with many pawgs sprinkled in. Just going to walmart or publix is like an adventure.

Haven't been there in 3 to 4 years and last time I was I spent most my time by Aventura but generally the north bay village area is chockfull of pretty ho's. Some of my thrillest conquests were Treasure Island birds. If it's become another hunt's point by today I wouldn't know.
