Desmond Hatchett, a 29 year old who lives in Knoxville, Tennessee, has fathered 20 (maybe 21) children with at least 11 different mothers. The kids, who are between 11 months and 11 years old, require food, clothing, etc. which doesn't come cheap. That's a problem for their minimum-wage earning father.

Maybe they're labeling him number 1 because of the amount he owes but like somebody said, around 40K per child per year as a car salesman ?

Either dude was an extremely successful car salesman or more likely the support order was on the ridiculous side.

Even if it was calculated as 20% of his salary, that would be about 120,000 per year in child support... meaning he made what - $600,000 year as a car salesman ?
