LOL everyone is different and what their side affects will be. No one knows going in. I know on a pure testE cycle libido is off the chain. For you to shut down your natural test you have to really abuse it. I'm talking about years no breaks and heavy dosages. But I also know people that take Viagra and test just honestly on some ego shit. But yeah Deca and an oral on the 1st cycle your not going to get big. You'll get some positive gains but nothing noticeable to others

I personally prefer Tren. Test has me retain to much water weight. And aesthetically thats not the look I go for.

Deca and Test E

Horrible advice and that Deca is the reason why you need Viagra with your Testosterone.

For a first steroid cycle he should just use testosterone and he'll get great gains. If he chooses to use a long ester testosterone like Test E or Test C then I would also run an oral kickstarter for the first few weeks so the gains would be constant and steady throughout the duration of the cycle.

A cycle I would recommend for a rookie like him would be.

Weeks 1-4

Either use Anavar 50 mg daily (you could split this into 2 25 mg doses)

Dianobol 30 mg daily (you could split the dosage again)

Choose 1 of the 2 but not both. Orals are not to be ran for extensive periods of time because they're very hard on the liver.

Weeks 1-12

Test E or Test C 500-600 mg dosed twice weekly 3.5 days apart if you can do that...like Sunday Morning and Wednesday evening.

Weeks 13-14

Do nothing, you're going to need to wait a couple of weeks for the testosterone to work out of your system since you were using long esters.

Weeks 15-18

Take clomiphene 50 mg daily (this is to get your body back to producing testosterone on its own as it was shutdown by you taking in exogenous testosterone and the oral steroids you took earlier)

Follow this procedure and you should keep the majority of your gains once your cycle has finished. The only thing is if you're sensitive to side effects such as gyno, you may need to add an anti-estrogen such as Aromasin to your cycle to keep you from gaining too much water or developing "bitch tits"
