Damnit. Does Nipsey not care about the bitrate? He's always released 192kbps tracks. Give us some .FLACs or V0s. Shit, I'll even take 320kbps.

Crenshaw and Slauson. That's the motivation music right there!

Just breezing through, this joint is ok. No complaints. Alot of tracks so surely you could eliminate some and have something tighter and more concise.

Yeah nipsey kinda let me down with this one it's 20 songs on here and only about 5 were okay Sounds like he's trynna get some radio/club spins with most of the tracks

Ya know i been fuckin' with Nip for yrs, but that's the thing about rappers who make it from LA.

We all know the difference between Hollywood & the hood. LA rappers specifically get easily consumed by the Hollywood lifestyle & the phony crowd once they get comfortable or blow up. LA is a come-up city. Everybody's a actor, rapper, singer, comedian or something in the entertainment field, so they'll do anything or be around anyone & everyone to get in. Not much reality in that lifestyle.

It's the same everywhere but definitely worse in LA.

No, you shouldnt be limited to rap about "gangbanging" & shooting. But they quickly fall into the "ayeeee"-lifestyle. The always-in-the-club, always-impress-bitches-around-me, prolly shirtless, with glasses on allday & pictures-of-them-smoking-weed/drinking etc.

Nip been kinda falling into that since he left Epic. Game got turned yrs ago as well. I know that that's what's in & that's where the money is at (specifically for Game right now!), but, that's also why TDE blew. People want something else from the crowd as well. I don't think they'll fall into that lifestyle.

so jigga bought 100 copies of the album...

As if we didn't already know Nipsey Hussle has a dedicated flock, the Los Angeles spitter proved it when he stuck a $100 price tag on his latest CD. Jay Z was so moved by Nip's I Am Proud 2 Pay campaign that he reportedly went all in and purchased a number of copies of Crenshaw from the budding rapper in a show of support.

On Tuesday Nipsey posted a screenshot of the wire transfer between he and the superstar MC on Instagram with a caption that read: "N---as be like 'who gone spend $100 on a cd' I be like..."

The pic didn't specify how much Hov actually sent over, but did list his "S Carter Enterprises" in a field labeled "Customer Name."

pic that Hov posted on his twitter
