I don't get how this song is blowing up, and Otis isn't..that's the best song on the whole album.

"Otis" did blow up though, the Video was a huge visual and artistic success got 30 million views on Youtube, the car was even donated for charity. The Song reached the top 20 on the Pop Charts and #2 on Rap Charts and #2 on the RnB/Hip Hop Charts. It has been nominated for 2 Grammies and will most likely win one. Sure it wasn't a #1 single but it was a hit if you think about it. Sometimes songs are hits without being Hits. I think "D.O.A." was a hit and it performed less than "Otis" but ended up winning a Grammy and hurting T Pain's career. "D.O.A." was a hood hit but not a pop hit, "Niggas in Paris" is not only a hood hit but it's official broken through pop culture.
