Absolutely ...however we won't be able to truly allow all of the evidence to be scrutinized since she "vanished" (which she really didn't.. But let the prosecutor tell you that) and the state decided to drop the case instead of proceeding even tho they had this physical evidence another witness testimony and Holders original testimony at the bench trial that they could have used ....
