I actually agree with him. He should have lead with the assistant librarian or cleric though. The profession of janitor has a certain stigma attached to it. It was pretty dumb to lead with that.

As much as I dislike Newt, he's right! It's not just poor kids who have no work ethic though, it's everywhere in America. I think it is a great idea to have kids earning while learning...so much benefit can come from this.
