Not 100% but I'm sure it's legit. I remember an interview he gave earlier this year before the release of No Love Boulevard stating he's stopped recording but has a lot of music in the vault. Plus there's a music video in the OP so I'm sure he cosigned this album. But you check his track record and people have definitely put up these bs compilation or greatest hits albums
