Are mod's banning young members/low post counts, a possibility for the future?
Seriously, we would clear up a lot of the Admin's work by being able to do that... whilst also making the forums clean.
Having to delete a thread, only for them to make another one, then to delete that one, then they make it again, then we delete it etc. isn't really what we should be spending our time on. In my opinion the mod's job is to make threads and make the I.C. popular again with a vision on how the place should be because we've posted for years.
What are the issues against giving us these 'powers?'

1. use inline mod (if necessary)
2. select all threads/posts (or just select the ones you want manually if there arent many) ... they will be highlighted yellow
3. then scroll to the "moderation tools" button at the bottom of the page and select "approve threads/posts" (this option will vary based on if you are inside a thread or viewing the whole room. if you are inside a thread it will display as "approve posts". it will say "approve threads" if you are viewing the whole room.)
once the threads are "approved" they are no longer considered "moderated" by the forum software and you can move them freely
i learned this the hard way because of the vicious spam bot fag in ill pix. and big shout to jay and /or bird for clapping that spam nerd quickly all this week. i can see he's giving up LOL
im peeping his ways and i see how he's trying to run the bot at different times to figure out when it will run the longest. some how some way ive been happening to log in within an hour or so of his bot running. the purpose of the bot is to get clicks because he's using link bucks. i bet this is one of those guys who used to spam porn links in the ppm (which was pretty much the theme of that thread anyway, only difference was he was getting paid for his clicks and other posters were posting regular zshare links etc). i guess the ppm clicks werent enuff
id ban linkbucks links and impose the 300 posts to be able to make a thread rule. that will pretty much dead the spam period
also ... there's pretty old spam lingering around on the board .... im sure thats attracting other spammers and maybe even giving birth to new spammers by giving them the idea to get in on it
