They can't because they are tied to nc state, like Oklahoma and ok state. UVA and Va tech, all the Texas schools in the big 12.

No! the ACC will turn into the Big Ten or the PAC 12. UNC will be independent and NC State will fall off the planet.

As long as football is around the ACC will withstand. The SEC would withstand Bama leaving..why? Cause they have Kentucky in basketball, LSU, vanderbilt and south carolina in baseball, countless football teams to count on. Hell Auburn in swimming, LSU, Florida and Georgia in Gymnastics. I could go on!

These college sports programs will get a dose of reality real quick when the crutch of these conferences are pulled from under them.
