my homies use to chill with jay back on the ave. Im not sure what exact block he use to live on, but i know he use to be on north ave ova west some years ago from what i heard, it was probley where he chilled at most likely, dmx use to chill ova that area as well back in the day. Jay most likely bounced house to house like my homies because thats all they do, so he could have bounced all around the city.

but as i said in my last post jay e need to get some more shit out. Like how you gunna be an artist and release 1 song every year and a half. I dont even wanna listen to it because ima get hooked to it listen to it nonstop and not get another track for 6 months to a year. Like jay e seriously need to start releasing some demos or mixtape quality shit for his fans.

I already heard the rough draft. What happened to the rumors that PATENTS OF NOBILITY was already finished? Didn't he post something to his twitter about that?

I don't mind waiting to much. Jay E gives me that 90s feel. I remember back then we got release dates through magazines and had to actually wait for the shit to drop before we heard it. This internet age has made very impatient.

He's just not type of artist. I've come to accept that about him. The last couple things I heard from him was Prelude To A Freestyle and that tribute to Erykah Badu. I don't see what the rush is considering you'll have the rest of your life to enjoy the music WHENEVER it comes out. The guy is focused on making timeless music so one thing we won't have to worry about is dated production, irrelevent lyrics, etc.

i understand dude makes timeless music but in order to be an artist you have to create works of art on a consistent basis. I am sick of rappers making 90 songs a day and posting 80 on a blog and putting 20 toward a mixtape shit is getting old now. But at the same time you need to make a project to be artist. Maybe that is 3 times on your career but you need to drop an album....jay e has not released a complete album. Likewise as an artist you need to create things for your fans. The best artists over time held seminars and taught classes and did demo drawing even if they only had a few masterpeices. Jay e has not done any of that. What is there to talk about consistently when the nigga releases a song every 2 years.

Jay Elec is real dope... We need an Album from him ASAP. One thing that makes me laugh about him though, he loves saying Abracadabra.... lol
