How stupid would certain people in this thread look if it turns out that this song was recorded before Jay Z and Jay Electronica dropped that freestyle?
This is typical Drake, talking the same talk we've heard him talk before, but since we're all waiting this miraculous diss track responding to the alleged "Misses Drizzy" line (which was never said and anyone who paid attention to Jay's music and interviews knows that would be too low brow for him), anything Drake says or does for the next couple months is going to be seen as a slight to Jay Z... Even though it's the same random tough talk, passive aggressive wise guy shit aimed at anonymous rappers, and singling out some chick to simp, this time Jennifer Lawrence.

Why is this NOT a response to the We Made It freestyle? For one, Jay does indeed own his own masters, he does indeed buy expensive art pieces, and it would be extremely difficult to prove that he's missing royalty statements. Those were the claims made in the WMI freestyle, none of which were lies. Second, the freestyle was not over a loop, but the actual instrumental, or a very well made remake of it. You can hear more than 2 bars worth of track being played throughout the freestyle, not to mention the movie samples at the beginning and in the middle.
