I been lurking for years and signed up to say you niggas are trippin.

This show was corny af I give it a 6/10 solely cuz Kilgrave was dope and Trish was bad.

Please tell me how tf in one scene Jessica can jump to the top of buildings and punch through walls but in others she's slow as shit and basically powerless. I don't understand how she can have competitive fights with regular people when she's able to fold up steal chairs and punch people to death. Even if she's outnumbered how wouldn't people be knocked out from one punch or too weak to actually affect her.

Also Reuben's sister rallying everyone against her was extremely corny and seemed forced. Trish

taking the red pill knowing she'd die without the blues was also corny especially because once again Jessica was right there and was running instead of using her power to stop Simpson.

I've never read a comic book so someone let me know if I'm wrong and if her strength and jumping powers aren't limitless which would make sense if she needed to "recharge" or something. Plenty times she could have jumped out the building (hospital scene) when in trouble versus running away or fighting people who're trying to kill her.

Also how my nigga Luke gonna be knocked out cold from the shotgun but was able to walk out after blowing himself up. I get the shotgun was to the face but my nigga ...a fucking building blew up how is that not equivalent if not worse?

Sorry for the rant but I checked a couple pages of this thread and too many people saying it's dope I'm confused

thats one thing i hate they changed, killgrave never touched her in the comics just humiliated her and made he watch him violate other woman

also i dont like that they are barely stronger than cap america, luke and Jessica were inconsistent alot.

I didn't like that she couldn't fly. They weakened her down alot. Luke's character was spot on.

They made her more realistic and not as over the top.

Her flying around the city like Supergirl is too cartoonish and would not fit along with the gritty theme of the show in my opinion.

I'm 10 episodes in. Its good. MCU always make villians sympathetic why can't they be pure evil. Killgrave is the closest character to being that, its good to see. Its too bad he's not in a movie version.

One plot hole to me is Jessica/Luke/Reeva dynamic. How Jessica didn't know Luke was married, since she seems to have known him for a while.
