Double albums do count as 2 albums sold, but back when all eyes on me and life after death came out you had to pay double the price.

This changed around 2002/2003. I know now a days you can get a double album for the price of 1 cd, so those shouldn't count as 2 albums sold.

You have to pay to get your certificate. Album probably been diamond. The label or Nelly finally just paid. Happened with all eyez on me. That was diamond for years before afeni just got the plaque a few years ago
