2K11 Dwight Howard was Zeus like, and 2K12 LeBron got away with murder. Plus if anybody ever played against the Clippers or the Celtics a lot it's damn near impossible to dribble around Chris Paul and Rondo.

Allen Iverson Returns in NBA 2K13

As one of the few prominent former stars absent from NBA 2K11 and 2K12 fans have constantly clamored for Allen Iverson to be added to the roster. That makes it a big deal that Iverson will be included in NBA 2K13 as announced today by 2K Sports. With Charles Barkley joining the Dream Team (but no historical teams) that leaves only Reggie Miller in the short list of fan-favorite names that have glaringly been absent from the series.

Iverson was the longtime cover athlete for the NBA 2K series (2K, 2K1, 2K2, 2K3, ESPN NBA Basketball) but had not been featured in either 2K11 or 2K12 despite the huge focus on legends and historical teams. His inclusion will bring with it at least one new classic 76ers team to use.
