this is definitely the type of album that gets better after the first listen. I like it more now than I did a week ago. I don't know whether to say it's the best since Gods Son or the best since Stillmatic.

I've seen almost nothing but positive reviews too. Nas won.

Not bad for your 10th LP, so much for NaS not being relevent. Mind you he did this off Name alone as he released 5 singles and only "Daughters" Charted at #78 on the RnB Charts, every other single did not chart. I said it once and I'll say it again. NaS don't sell singles and ringtones. He sells ALBUMS, when people hear NaS they want to hear a body of work.

If he manages to go gold i think he could get an album of the year nomination at the grammys. Most of the tentpole artists took this year off, there aren't many great mainstream albums out there this year so i think he has a shot.

NaS will make the deadline and NaS will beat Drake. Drake is young in his career, he's got 9 Nominations and dissed the grammy's recently when he didn't win. NaS is long over due for the grammy and this album is getting the right critical reaction for him to finally win. I was shocked when "Distant Realtives" got zero nods. With that said, "Untitled" and believe it or not, "N.I.G.G.E.R. Slave and the Master" got a nod. This finally NaS year, he wins his 1st Grammy. Don't forget to up this in Feb 2013:
