ya'll know that was a plan wolvie and cap had right, also cap didn't beat wolvie, he had giant man smack him out of the plane. it does not matter how wolvie looks during a fight, nobody has been able to keep him down, including cyclops.

Be realistic though...Cyclops has a distance attack...he shouldn't be struggling. He struggles because wolverine is a beast. And one blade to his shit means it's a wrap. Wolverine had a square one with Scott because that's what he wanted. Scott doesn't recover from claws to his throat.

And lol at wolverine letting niggas disrespect him y'all hating

@evol - they're fighting close combat style, which is right up Wolverine's alley. But, Wolverine didn't kill Cyclops. In fact, Cyclops pretty much stood his ground with that damn near 200 year old dude.

Not the 1st time Cyclops had to go upside Wolverine's arrogant ass dome.

@drmindbender122 look at that fight g...wolverine was not going all out..one stab and Scott is night night...he is full on ray blasting duke. Wolverine didn't even have the claws out most of the scrap. Cyke ain't no hoe. But he can't beat wolverine. Wolverine has blocked Scott blasts with his claws before.

Overrated:

Batman

Superman

Wolverine

Hulk by some(he's in both lists tbh)

Captain America

Dark Phoenix/Phoenix

Apocalypse

Cable/X-man

Underrated:

Juggernaut

Deathstroke the Terminator/Slade

Hulk by some

Iron Man by some

Storm

Mephisto (yeah I said it, dude was the only one Doom couldn't beat with prep, neither could Reed Richards)

Flash

Ghostrider

Darkseid

Green Lantern

Wonder Woman at times

Raven some times (cause she's a titan)

overrated in terms of abilities:

Hulk

Wolverine

Silver Surfer

not gonna say Batman or Captain America because the recent movies got their potential and abilities on point

underrated:

Superman

Green Lantern

Thor

@reaperbong Thor really can't be fucked with to me. He can beat anybody. He stays one shotting bosses and breaking through niggas force fields and shit.

Supes is my guy and green pattern is overrated to only has force fields and energy projection

GL is underrated because it's been shown that the power of the lantern/ring is unlimited since it can be continually pushed to higher levels depending on the willpower and imagination of the user. basically, give that ring to Batman and he'll body the entire DC and/or Marvel Universe.

Sorry yall, but I had to bump this topic for probably THE MOST overrated character in all of comics.

For those of u who insist that Wolverine would own Cyclops, here's further proof of the opposite.

Granted, most of these scans are from around when Wolverine had just joined up with the X-Men. But more importantly, these are PRIOR to his character being bumped to ridiculous levels. His healing factor has always been around, but it was nowhere near to how crazy stupid it's being written now. Also, this is prior to Wolverine being revealed to be nearly 200 years old and such.

Cyclops can't fuck with Wolverine. One hit would sleep him. Scott is nowhere near fast enough to dodge Wolverine like that. Wolverine is basically an assassin with multiple fighting styles that exceed bats and cap...that wild swinging and missing shit is poor writing.

@Jaxn - Preach to the flock, Fam. Cyke used to son the Hell outta Wolverine in his (Wolverine's) early days with the X-Men.

And, would u agree that his healing factor has been amped up to ridiculous levels by writers over time when compared to his early days with the X-Men?

I actually liked Wolverine from when he 1st joined right up until the "Inferno" storyline. By that time, he was on overkill with the over-exposure and such.

his healing factor has improved since back in the day. That happened when Magneto took his admantium away. I believe the theory was that his healing factor was being used mostly to keep Wolverine from being poisoned by the metal. Once he got his admantium back, his healing factor remained at high levels.

shit's crazy when you factor in healing time from lifting weights..

if you had rapid healing, that mean you could be a physical monster..lifting until mouscles completely tore, and just get back in the gym like an hour later like nothing happened...

wolverine's strength and speed level should be way above scotts.....dude should wreck him effortlessly

@jaxn he does not have a habit of beating wolverine at all. He is just not skilled enough to do it. I like Scott. I am not shorting him. Wolverine never puts the claws to Scott. Spider-man shot wolverine a square one and would have still taken the L with the claw to his shit. Scott isn't strong or fast enough. Wolverine respects Scott enough to not take his soul. I am not even a huge Wolvie fan. But Scott loses this one.

it's kind of hard not having of habit of beating him when most of the time they square off, Scott comes off looking better..as good as Wolverine's claws and healing factor are, they're not going to stop Scott from blasting him into submission..not to mention he's very familiar with Wolverine considering they've been training/fighting along side one another for many years. Scott also has that i don't give a fuck attitude towards Logan were he doesn't give two shits about turning up the intensity of his blasts. You're talking about a guy who can pinpoint his blasts off walls the way Cap does with his shield. Don't sleep on the Summers crew, those guys are powerful
