I guess Eminem would count since people say his flow evolved. In terms of content I'm not sure what you're considering growth. Is it just rapping about new topics? From that perspective I would say there aren't many rappers that have grown.

If we're artistically overall then I'd also say Kanye West. You can see a clear growth in how he approached each successive album.
