Michael Clayton - about a corporate law attorney (Tom Wilkinson) who has a nervous breakdown/epiphany when he's assigned to defend a corporations cover up, and his fellow attorney (George Clooney) who's assigned to clean up the mess.

Great cast, top 10 best dialogue, good direction.....just an overall quality film. But it's not for the Cowboys & Aliens or Planet of the Apes crowd. Smart understated films don't make alot of money at the box office and are so easily overlooked.
