I feel like Mystikal could have a Juicy J type comeback

I think so too, hes just gotta get away from CMR cuz i believe he's sittin on a lot of tracks cuz of da creative differences. Dude has too much unique material so i think he can thrive. Feminist gonna be da only ones against him

man this shit was dope. Mystikal always had that funk in his music so I'm not surprised at a performance like this.

I'm sure this is a Mark Ronson track, but didn't Mystikal drop funk-type track during his comeback? All he needs is the one big crossover tune and the white audience will love him again.

Who is Mark Ronson?

They kept sayin his name but only Bruno performed the 1st song. And only Mystikal performed the 2nd song.

And yea im surprised in this performance because who woulda thought a 44yr old convicted rapist who hasn't dropped an album since 2001 would get some shine on snl.

And his voice with the live band was perfect. Killed it.

fucking enjoyed the shit out of this, the performance in all aspects as all the way on point.

hope mystikal gets the comeback he deserves

it's like that movie 1408...

Mystikal been on that James Brown shit and he brings that to rap songs. The performance was dope as hell, much better than previous tracks I've heard from him too.

Doing Funk rap would work very well for Mystikal if he has the nerve to do it, Snoop tried it and people clowned him but I think Mystikal keeping it hip-hop on a funk track would be gutta.

Mystikal never lost it. He just wasn't fitting the mold over there at YM.

This is what he does best - cold rhymes over unadulterated funk.
