Never heard of that brand, but have you charged it with the adapter provided. Some tablets don't work well with other adapters and the behavior sounds similar to what you're describing.

Its working now I hooked it up to my laptop with the USB and charged it.

put it in a gallon sized ziplock bag and put it in the freezer overnight and then try turning it back on.

that's why i cop kindle's..amazon will give you a new one regardless of how or when that shit fucked up...even after the warranty they'll give you a refurbished one

it was the power adapter i pluged it into the usb port of my laptop and charged it. only problem i have now is the chargers don't work good now. its not the jack its the port. it doesn't fight right . its too loose and i have to adjust it at an angle to make it charge.i think the jack is worn or stripped. ive only had it for a month and a half maybe i could get it replaced if i still have the receipt and the warranty.
