i can feel this.. as you can see all 3 of them have classics to me

Yeah, it's alot of niggas who can say some lyrical ass shit (Crooked I, Canibus, Chino XL,etc) and can't put together songs to save their lives. Song writing skills is way more a requirement than being lyrical, lyricism is just icing on the cake imo. It's the tie breaker if i'm judging two mcs.

a definition of a classic album or song could be very subjective I think it depends so much on the music a person grew up listening to...I been up on Hip Hop since 86 so my catalogue is extensive. When I listen to artists like Gang Starr, Special Ed, EPMD, NWA, LL Cool J, down to less known artist like Nine, Da Bush Babees, Boogiemonsters, Mic Geronimo, Illegal, etc is all classic shit to me because when I hear most of their music it just brings back good memories.
