"My dealer said I should vote against legalization"

Weed will be similar to beer. The big companies will get involved and find a way to fuck it up and make a bud light of weed. There will always be the growers that are passionate about it though and make the good stuff like a "microbrew".

As far as price, yeah it's probably gonna be more expensive but that there will still be illegal weed deals or people growing their own stuff and selling it. The money SHOULD be going to a good cause for your city though and it's up to the population to make sure of that.

The other thing is going into a legal weed shop, you will find what you're looking for. You don't have to look around dealers for the best shit or settle for some mid because the chronic is sold out. You know you're gonna walk out with some chronic going to a legal shop.

Starting 2017 Phillip Morris is selling in Washington Colorado and Alaska...

Marlboro Marijuana packs.

Looks the same at first glance but all green...

$89 per pack.

20 "marijuana cigarettes"

Well...he kinda has a point.

Don't smoke but I think once the gov'mentioned gets a hold of weed, priceso will skyrocket due to demand.

Nah, think wal-mart if/when big business gets involved

prices will go down, making your local dealer (mom & pop stores) go out of business

& so will the quality, cuz they're gonna mass produce it

as stated, who knows what additives or chemicals they'll use to produce more quantity at a cheaper rate

hell, I wouldn't be surprised if they added nicotine to get folks physically addicted

it's a double edged sword, I want it legalized but don't want the government/big business to get involved

I remember back in '06 a quake (quarter ounce for slow folk) of skunk (now called "gas" or "loud") was at least $175

I jus got one the other week for $80, so the prices are already goin down

Man what?!?!?

that's the most frustrating part, not knowing what you're gonna get

it's almost as if you gotta buy it no matter the quality after makin the call, at risk of losing the connect

one time this mf tried to sell me some shit that had mold on it

I'm like "bruh, that weed has molded"

he talkin bout "nah, that's jus frost"

smh

Don't smoke so idrc...I did vote to legalize it in cali tho. The "price" of not making felons out of and prisons overcrowded by ppl with weed charges outweighs everything else to me.

Agreed. I'm not a smoker, but I do think it should be legalized.

With that being said once the government gets involved and big business gets a hold of it it will be mass produced which will drive prices down further and likely drive the little corner boys out of business.

Some old White guy or guys would come in and get rich similarly how Anheuser Busch and Malboro have the beer and cigarette industry on lock.

it aint that serious, its weed aslong as people aint being jailed for petty shit , thats more important to me than the price.

Lol legalization in 2 states already lowered the price of weed haven't you noticed

They had discounts like a muhfucka last time I was in Seattle

Walmart recently bought 200 acres in Humboldt County, California. What does that tell you?

As a sidenote, I'm in the medical marijuana business and I'm voting to legalize recreational use here in California for a few reasons. Getting sentences overturned and letting thousands of non-violent offenders out of jail, the tax benefits for the state, etc.

But realistically, there WILL be people here who are fucked by legalization. There are entire cities whose who economy is based on growing, processing, shipping, etc, illegal marijuana.

Im excited to see what happens with Hemp too. If anyone has land and lives in a legal state now would be the time to start growing hemp. That is the crop of the future!

Large companies ain't really gonna get involved with weed until it's no longer a schedule 1 drug. When that happens it's no longer an issue for banks to accept money from weed-based transactions. Philip Morris ain't about to deal in these states that have it legal right now 'cause they have to manage and store cash.

No shit, he's thinking about his business. Its almost like a small shop when they hear a Walmart is getting built nearby.

Yea, I don't smoke and never have, but its downright hypocritical that weed is a schedule I drug. Meanwhile, all these damn opioid painkillers are completely legal, cancer sticks are legal, malt liquor is legal...
